Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating clear documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and document them in a clear and structured manner.
• Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the requirements are understood and properly implemented.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Assist in project planning, scoping, and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support during testing phases to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
• Good understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to business process modeling, flowcharting, or BPMN.
• Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and SQL for data analysis.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
